Dr.
Carmine Pecoraro holds a Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology
and two master degrees in the mental health field. He has been in the
field of counseling for over 20 years and is a Certified Addiction
Professional and an Internationally Certified Drug and Alcohol
Counselor. Dr. Pecoraro treats a wide range of mental health and
addiction issues.
He
has experience and training in psychological, psychoeducational and
neuropsychological evaluation and testing. He has received numerous
awards for his work in both the mental health and addiction fields.
In
addition, Dr. Pecoraro lectures nationally and internationally, has
published numerous articles and appears on television and radio. He was
a lecturer for Hanley Hazelden in various capacities for over 10 years
and believes in "giving back to the community."
Dr.
Pecoraro was a Program Director and a Program Professor at Nova
Southeastern University and is currently Assistant Professor and
The Director of the Graduate Mental Health Counseling Program at
Springfield College Tampa Bay Campus.
